• Perform detailed auditing and billing tasks.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures for the request and approval of overtime shifts for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) overtime details.
• Organize and process Los Angeles Police Department employees' overtime slips and 2.14's for LACMTA-related overtime positions.
• Prepare comprehensive billing reimbursement requests to LACMTA based on Special Events and 2.14's information.
• Ensure precision and clarity in data entry and information retrieval from computer and database systems.
• Confirm accuracy and completeness of reports before photocopying and distribution.
• Communicate effectively with the Transit Services Group (TRSG) Contract Compliance officer to ensure contract compliance with LACMTA.
• Attend regular meetings, actively contributing to discussions on billing and contractual budget issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to telephonic requests from various stakeholders.
• Efficiently manage filing and document retrieval, maintaining a systematic and up-to-date filing system.
• Audit payroll transaction records, procurement documents, and letters of agreements for contract and billing compliance.
• Resolve complex clerical issues through research, analysis, and by coordinating with operations and administrative sections.
