A Mechanical Construction Estimator makes detailed cost estimates of equipment, material and labor needed in the construction, alteration, rehabilitation and maintenance of plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning systems, underground utilities, process piping and fire protection, including change orders and claims.
Education Requirement: SUBSTITUTION: 30 semester or 45 quarter units from a recognized institution may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the experience specified
