Job Summary
1 position. A resume and/or application screening may be conducted to select the most qualified candidates for interview. This position performs clerical work of a responsible nature for the HR Division, Certification and Records Unit. Duties include completing the onboarding process for employees on WorkDay; using NEOGOV to certify for positions, request and schedule interviews, prepare selection information for Divisions; print and dissipate hiring packets and other HR functions.
This position is responsible for providing internal and external customer service, responding to employee inquiries by phone, email or in person, reviewing and evaluating the work of subordinate staff. Candidates should have experience using personal computers and using various programs to maintain office files, electronic filing and e-mailing of documents; preparing, typing, filing, and distributing various reports and documents.
The ideal candidate would possess strong customer service skills, experience using computer programs and experience in HR.
