LAWA is seeking a Management Analyst for the Information Management & Technology Project Management Office (IT PMO). Duties are as follows:
Assists with the preparation, administration, maintenance, and reporting on IT PMO capital and operating budget efforts as it relates to projects, staff, and contract resources utilized in the day-to-day operation of the IT PMO;
Assists with the development and verification of contract language; assists with board report language development and support; supports invoice processing; performs contract utilization and budget reporting, and documentation associated with the management and administration of IT PMO contracts and contractors. Creates, modifies, and manages task orders for contract resource services;
Assists with the procurement process including development of IT PMO Request for Proposals (RFP) specifications, and administration of the procurement process;
Performs project administrative support functions such as project document controls, project documentation, project change management administration, and project coordination activities required to facilitate the successful completion of projects;
May be assigned other duties, for training purposes, or to meet technological changes or emergencies as necessary.
