COMMENTS: Senior, Division level manager responsible for CDD Sections and staff that manage all LAX, VNY, and PMD commercial and airline non-terminal properties as assigned. The position is responsible to train, supervise and review the work of real estate and administrative professional employees engaged in numerous and complex lease negotiations with executive level management and other external stakeholders, including lease amendments, property management activities, property inspections, asset management, real estate appraisals, real estate acquisitions, preparation of RFQs/RFBs/RFPs and tenant improvement projects for including preparation and review of leases, memos, reports, and other correspondence.
