The Personnel Department’s Office of Workplace Equity is responsible for the receipt and referral of all complaints received through MyVoiceLA and the investigation of all equity/EEO-related complaints filed directly with our division. Additionally, we are the lead on a number of Citywide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) projects.
Our division is currently seeking highly-qualified employees at the level of Personnel Analyst or Management Analyst to fill our Personnel Analyst positions. We are currently seeking applicants to fill the roles of Intake Specialist and Equity Complaint Investigator, in addition to assisting with DEI-related special projects.
