Senior Administrative Clerk
Disability Pensions Section
Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions has a transfer opportunity for one (1) Senior Administrative Clerk with the Disability Pensions Section. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills (in-person, telephone, and written correspondence); and experience handling and/or processing confidential documents. Duties may include clerical support duties, database entry, preparation of board packages, invoicing, and preparation of correspondence regarding medical/employment records.
The Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions Department is a fast-paced work environment, offering a 5/40 or 9/80 schedule, free employee parking, and a college tuition reimbursement program.
Currently, the Department has implemented a hybrid telecommuting schedule that allows for a minimum of two (2) in-office work days per week, and on the remaining days, employees may telecommute. The specific in-office days will be scheduled by the Section Manager and will be coordinated with Division Management. This hybrid schedule is subject to change.
