Requirements: • Perform application support and user administration with the following enterprise systems in an administrative role: SAP, Oracle Budget Monitoring System (BMS), Revenue Airport Management System (RAMS) and RAMS Portal, eWise warehouse management system TabFusion and cloud applications such as B2Gnow, Cornerstone and Neogov. • Perform systems troubleshooting and examine application errors for root cause analysis. • Maintain application issues logs and provide system status reports on regular basis. • Coordinate and perform business configuration change in SAP DEV, QAS and PROD environment and custom programming changes in SAP landscape. • Analyze, develop, and implement SAP ABAP/HR infotype programming and WinSCP scripting. • Schedule and monitor SAP related automation tasks for LAWA Oracle Identity Manager, Controller office PAYSR, Oracle BMS, B2Gnow, RAMS, etc. • Prepare and perform OS updates and application upgrades for enterprise applications. • Perform Disaster Recovery practice and provide support for financial audit with SAP and RAMS systems • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a must. • Experience with VMware vSphere virtual machine administration is a plus. Potential candidate with less experience will be considered as Programmer Analyst III.
