Analyzes personnel complaints to identify serious misconduct, as specified in Senate Bill 2. Reviews draft regulatory reporting submissions for accuracy and completeness. Complies and enters data into records management systems and tracking databases. Conducts inquiries into complaint investigations to summarize know facts and sated rationales. Researches and necessary information, including employees' POST identification numbers and contact data, as required. Mentors, counsels, and assists admin clerks in the unit. Respond to inquiries for information from within the Department, other City Departments, and outside agencies. Undertake various ad-hoc projects at Professional Standards Bureau management.
