The Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) is offering qualified candidates a transfer opportunity for Senior Management Analyst I in its Contracts and Application Services Division (CASD).

This key position plans and organizes work and resources related to procurement and contract administration. The position is engaged in and manages and directs professional personnel who process and execute contracts and amendments; and, develop Requests for Proposals, Request for Qualifications, Request for Information, Authority for Expenditures, and piggyback requests to meet the Department’s contracting needs. The position applies sound supervisory principles and techniques in building and maintaining an effective work force and fulfills equal opportunity responsibilities.  The position also personally performs the more difficult work related to contracts and solicitations.
