This is a Transfer / Pay Grade Opportunity.

Summary of Duties
The position will plan, organize, and direct the work of five (5) Management Analysts in the administration of Library facility management and event coordination activities; one Senior Storekeeper that oversees all shipping and delivery staff and related activities; and, one Senior Event Attendant that directly oversees all event staff and related activities.

The position will prepare board reports, expenditure reports, budget requests and other ad hoc reports as necessary on a wide range of issues and activities related to facility management, event coordination, shipping and delivery, and landscape maintenance.  Interested candidates must have prior experience with facilities management; some event coordination experience is desired.

5/40 work schedule; hybrid work schedule is available.
