The Contract Augmentation Group oversees 27 professional service contracts and over 120 subconsultant firms that provide construction management, project management, and program advisory services estimated at $600 million providing over 300 consulting staff supporting divisions across LAWA. This position supports contract administrators for six of these contracts as well as lead analyst for reporting and process compliance. 


Helps create and issue task orders authorizing labor and non-labor expenses to support the capital improvement program. Prepare analysis on labor rates, travel, trailers, vehicles, and other expenses as necessary. Assists in maintaining database that allows for a comprehensive analysis of labor and non-labor expenses. 

Aides in monitoring contract performance and compliance in badging, insurance, First Source Hiring Ordinance, Living Wage Ordinance, and other administrative requirements. Review monthly project management reports and ensure appropriate usage is being recorded. Track contract budgets, appropriations, and expenditures and take action as required to ensure delivery of services are not interrupted. Develop processes and procedures pertaining to contract management. 

Assists reviewing contract monthly invoices. Provides guidance to resolve discrepancies in invoicing and pay application processes by monitoring contract expenditures. Prepares of a variety of narrative and statistical reports. Attend various internal and external meetings. 

Contributes to reviewing subconsultant packages which includes evaluating subconsulting firms’ financial information to ensure it meets with industry-wide standards. Ensure Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goals are being achieved and work with prime firms on resolving issues. Other related duties SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY MANAGEMENT
