This position serves as the Secretary to the Commanding Officer of Detective Services Group. Duties include but are not limited to:

Keeping the calendar of appointments and events for the Commanding Officer.
Composing and reviewing correspondence for required format and grammar usage.
Retrieving, tracking, copying and filing correspondence to and from entities within and outside of the Department.
Ordering and monitoring inventory of supplies and materials.
Compiling and organizing files for records retention.
Maintaining Divisional Personnel Packages; filing ratings, human resource reports and commendations.
Other related duties as assigned, per Secretary class specification.
