LAWA is seeking a Sr. Personnel Analyst who is highly collaborative, confident, has strong writing skills, a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to make judgment calls and sound ethical decisions.
This dynamic role calls for interpreting MOU language, reviewing Civil Service Rules and Policies, making recommendations to management,handling Grievance, Arbitrations, Civil Service Commission Hearings, and Disciplinary investigations. There will be opportunities for public speaking and coaching others on performance management.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain highly marketable skills and investigative experience that will help the right candidate promote. We will train you if you're found to be a fit for the unit. Bilingual skills are a plus.
