Performing difficult clerical work of a responsible nature requiring frequent exercise of independent judgement. General office duties include mail distribution, maintaining a project log and office files, data entry, periodic audits, records retention, supply coordination, and other duties as assigned. Applicant should have computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Will serve as the Division's Administrator for timekeeping. Applicant should be able to conduct database queries, work on Deployment Planning System, Online Overtime System, and Automated Days Off System. This position requires excellent written and oral communication, computer skills, and the ability to work courteously and professionally with diverse applicants.
