The position is for the IMT Infrastructure and Operation Unit as Senior Analyst II under IT Change Management and IT Service Delivery Section. The position shall be performing management and administrative duties for Service Now and Change Management components that include developing best practices for optimizing service delivery, evaluating submitted changes, organizing tasks assignments, identifying deficiencies, providing recommendations and solutions to meet and exceed LAWA standards. The duties shall provide support for the Incident Management activities that include event response, escalation, remediation, report, and analysis to prevent a repeat issue. Additional primary duties shall consist of support for public record act application or Next Request, Service Now’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Configuration Item (CI), Splunk, Granicus Application, and LAWA Board and Executive Committee meeting Tools, and Microsoft 365 Enterprise Suites and related software. Other duties include technical evaluation of submitted bids/proposals and make a recommendation for award. Manage and administer awarded contracts relating to the purchase of computer-related equipment and services. Prepare a yearly budget for different contacts within the IMT Infrastructure and Operation Unit. Provide support for special projects using cloud services such as Smartsheet, Box, SurveyMonkey, Formstack, and Appsheet.
