This position is in the Enterprise Systems Services Section of the IT Division and open to CURRENT Programmer Analyst's III, IV & V.
Supervises the group responsible for the Saab (Klein) Billing, Port Pilot, and Property Management systems, middleware and related interfaces. These systems are critical for Harbor Department revenue collection, customer/stakeholder services, and efficient operations. The duties of this position include system monitoring, operations, maintenance, enhancements and upgrades, supervising staff and consultants, project management, and implementation of system changes to support new business requirements such as tariff and pilotage changes.
