The incumbent in this position is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and responding to employees' requests for reasonable accommodation to ensure eligibility in compliance with City policy, MOU, and State and Federal laws; counseling and advising employees and management regarding reasonable accommodation. Conduct interactive meetings with both the employee and supervisor to discuss the reasonable accommodation process. Prepare detailed, thorough correspondence.
