This position is in the Enterprise Systems Services Section of the IT Division and open to CURRENT System Programmer's I, II, & III.
This position is responsible for the Harbor Department Data Center, including monitoring, operations, maintenance and replacement/upgrades of servers, storage, and related infrastructure. This position is also responsible for disaster recovery, cloud services, network share drives, and more complex 2nd and 3rd level support. In addition, this position provides support for the Harbor Department's critical systems such as ERP, Saab/Klein, HDTIME time keeping, VoIP telephones, and others requiring data center infrastructure. Duties include working with other IT teams, vendors, and end users.
