The Airport Police Internal Affairs (IA) unit is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Management Assistant. Applicants must be highly motivated, work well with others and be trusted to handle sensitive and confidential material.
Duties include but are not limited to using Excel, Access, and IA Pro to enter information for Airport Police discipline cases, compiling information to respond to elected officials requests, draft letters, memos, and conduct audits. Proofing of Skelly Reports and Skelly Results memos. Processing miscellaneous requests from Internal Affairs investigators. Supervising Administrative Clerk personnel and other administrative duties, which includes answering the call-in line for IA.
