The Department of City Planning is seeking qualified candidates to direct and oversee the work of the Department's Administrative Division, which includes Budget and Contracts, Grants and Fiscal Management, Facilities and Records Management. These administrative functions support the entire Department of City Planning staff of approximately 400 employees, and provide oversight of the Commission Office.

Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements: Two (2) years of full-time paid professional experience in a position at least at the level of a Senior Management Analyst II, Senior Personnel Analyst II, or Senior Administrative Analyst II, which provides professional experience in general and financial administration, administrative or legislative analysis and research, budgetary analysis and control, or personnel administration.
