The Management Analyst assigned to Operations and Maintenance Administration prepares documentation related to personnel management and processes staffing requests, organization charts, and position justifications. Manages and reports on position control issues utilizing SAP and prepares a variety of narrative and statistical reports for management. The selected candidate also evaluates administrative policies and procedures, writes routine correspondence, and develops performance metrics. Coordinates and oversees the hiring of Vocational Workers which includes ensuring completion of monthly evaluations and completion of paperwork needed for transitioning the employees through each phase of the program. Additionally, monitors compliance with LAWA policies and licensing, certifications, and other regulatory concerns to ensure job requirements are met and may engage in providing training, counseling, and interview preparation for employees.
A valid California Driver's License and LAWA badge is required at all times during employment.
