The Senior Management Analyst serves as the Department’s primary liaison to DCA’s Personnel Client Services and supports DCA employees in Departmental personnel matters. This position further develops and maintains the Department’s employee support systems, including onboarding, training, employee professional development programs, as well as conflict resolution. This position will be responsible for providing assistance to DCA’s Personnel Client Services to ensure compliance with the Charter, Administrative Code, MOUs, Departmental policies, and personnel policies. This position will also manage the Shared Services Agreement with Personnel Client Services.
