We are willing to accept applications from current Management Analysts, to work in-lieu, in addition to accepting applications from current Fiscal Systems Specialists.
Provide reports, analysis and responses to airline and management requests. Maintain understanding of accrued and reported expenses, asset capitalization, and manage journal voucher process in relations to r&c. Liaison with other LAWA Divisions.
Maintain LAWA's various rates & charges (r&c) models comprising the landing fees, terminal rates, and other charges. Prepare financial schedules, capital and operating expense analyses for airlines. Calculate rates at least three times per year.
Assist in the review, analysis, and processing of City services bills. Compile and create rate related supporting documentation such as spatial & leasehold measurement database, aviation, passenger and fuel related activity files.
Coordinate with Accounting for billing and other related work. Respond to survey questionnaires for airlines, airports, and aviation agencies. Other related duties.
