Position is in Risk Management Legal Affairs Division's Discovery Section.
Copying, scanning, and processing office documents and reports; gathering information and documents in response to various types of requests 5/40, 9/80 and 4/10 schedules available; tracking request and updating databases; assigning and indexing various documents; answering telephone calls; logging and preparing correspondence; maintaining files; sorting and routing documents processing mail; ensuring compliance with City/LAPD records retention policies/procedures; processing checks; scheduling special events; timekeeping; and other clerical duties
