How to Apply
  1. The first step in the selection process is the completion of the Preliminary Background Application and Job Preview Questionnaire .
  2. Upon completion of the PBA and JPQ, you will receive feedback indicating the impact that any of your background issues may have on your candidacy.
  3. Next, you will be given the option of continuing in the process with the personal qualifications essay. A listing of test locations and times will be provided.
