The City of Los Angeles contracts for the following services related to administration of the Deferred Compensation Plan:

• Plan administration, recordkeeping, enrollment, brokerage service and trustee services (as one package through a single vendor);
• Investment management for its “core” investment options: Large-Cap actively and passively managed; Small-Cap actively and passively managed; International actively and passively managed; Bond actively and passively managed; Stable Value fund; and savings or money market account; and
• Plan consulting services.

In addition, from time to time the City may contract for specialized or project-oriented services such as Plan auditing, transition management, etc.
