The City has contracted with Great-West Retirement Services to provide administrative and local support services for the Plan. Great-West, based out of its recordkeeping center in Denver, Colorado, is responsible for account recordkeeping, executing participant transactions, and processing loans and distributions. Great-West also employs local staff to provide one-on-one participant counseling, conduct group meetings and educational seminars, and assist participants with Plan transactions.
Great-West staff provide the following office hours at City Hall:
